We offer different levels of content based on experience or need:
An advanced course exploring how ECAs or other Agencies can address the needs of major projects, in particular those where equipment and services are supplied from multiple countries.
This course shows how ECA support can be integrated with other sources of finance as well as the documentation needed to structure the financing.
These sessions can be tailored to the needs of individual sponsors, or as a framework for all parties engaged on a specific project .
Tailored to the needs of project sponsors, these sessions look at how to select and manage the many parties involved in a multi-ECA backed project financing to achieve successful and timely financial close.
If needed, the content may be broken into a series of different workshops to cover specific areas.
These workshops are bespoke for individual transactions.
They bring together buyers, suppliers, and the agent to ensure that all parties understand the documentation required to enable smooth drawings under the various ECA facilities on a project.
Ideally, these would be held before signing so that issues identified can be addressed in final documentation.
